Conditions in accepting an order

The reception of an order confirmation e-mail does not automatically imply that SOO SANTAI accepts the order and it doesn't represent an acceptation of the order from SOO SANTAI.

SOO SANTAI does keep at all time, the right, without prior notice, to refuse to deal with a customer and/or limit quantities of an ordered item. At any times, SOO SANTAI might need to complete a background check on client's identity and credit prior to accept to fulfill an order.

Order Modifications

If you need to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible after you have made your purchase, indicating the reason for the modification. We will do our best to satisfy you. If your SANTAI was already shipped, then it will be unfortunately impossible to modify your order.

Legal warranty and withdrawal

Any Customer who is not satisfied with the Products ordered must be able to exercise his right of withdrawal, without penalties, under the best conditions. In accordance with European regulations, the legal period of the right of withdrawal is fourteen calendar days from receipt of the Product. To exercise this right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to retract this contract by e-mail to: [email protected]

You must return your SANTAI to Zebrexport "SOO SANTAI" - ZA la Pichatière, 529, rue Aldo Eriani - 38430 Moirans, France, without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days after you communicated your decision to withdraw from this contract. This period shall be deemed to have been complied with if you return the property before the expiry of the 14-day period. In the event of your withdrawal from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery charges without undue delay, and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date we are Informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed with the refund using the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless you specifically agree to a different means; In any case, this reimbursement will not incur any costs for you. We may defer repayment until we receive the product. Your liability is only incurred in respect of the depreciation of the property resulting from manipulations other than those necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the property. Only returned products that are complete, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging will be accepted. Otherwise, the return will be considered as non-compliant return and will not be reimbursed by SOO SANTAI. The costs of returning the goods of the Product remain the responsibility of the Client, except assuming a manufacturing defect.

Out of stock items

A SANTAI displayed out of stock means that the product is temporarily unavailable. This may mean that this SANTAI is being replenished, that it is recalled, or simply that it is no longer offered for sale, in any case you will be warned. SOO SANTAI can not be held responsible for any damage you may suffer as a result of a stock shortage

Product descriptions

SOO SANTAI do everything in his power to ensure that the information on the site is as accurate as possible. However, SOO SANTAI does not guarantee that the product descriptions or any other content on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, up to date, or exempt of errors. If a product proposed on the Site does not comply with the description, your only recourse is to return it in its original state.

Prices

The prices of our products are displayed in EUROS and the applicable taxes are yet added to the amount. All orders, regardless of their origin, are payable in EUROS. SOO SANTAI retains the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are always billed on the basis of the amounts in effect at the time when the order is recorded.

Taxes

SOO SANTAI is not responsible to the import tax that you have to pay in your country.

Payment

The payment of your purchased items must be completed through the payment web site Paypal or other e-banking. The proposed fees must be covered in accordance with the payment procedure in effect. The customer accepts to cover the total cost as well as additional fees of the purchased item. SOO SANTAI can modify the price after having advised the customer. The customer is the sole responsible of the actual payment of the purchased item. SOO SANTAI is not responsible of payment problems related to operation of e-commerce services from Paypal or another e-Banking.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Delivery is free for metropolitan France (excluding Corsica, mountainous area and islands), Monaco, Germany, Belgium, Netherland, Luxemburg, United Kingdom. For other destinations, (Austria, Denmark, Italy, Switzerland, Spain, Portugal, Poland, Hungary, Northern Ireland + English Islands, Ireland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Romania, Sweden) the transport costs are calculated according to the address of the recipient, the weight and the size of the SANTAI that you ordered.

You will be able to consult the charges prior to confirming your order. Please note that you are responsible in providing us with a valid address where someone will be available to receive and sign for your order.

Estimated delivery times vary by destination. Delivery is generally estimated between 24 and 48 hours for metropolitan France (excluding Corsica, mountainous area and islands), depending on the destination. It is also necessary to add 1 to 2 additional days for the order processing depending on whether the order is placed on a working day or weekend.

Damaged Products

Please contact us within 24 hours if your order arrives damaged (this time limit is required for insurance purposes). We will ensure your item is being repaired or replaced in a timely manner at no extra cost to you.


We ask that you inspect the packaging and items immediately upon receipt and indicate on the packaging and/or paperwork if there is visible damage. You may also choose to refuse delivery of the item(s) if the damage appears to be severe.

In order to process your claim, please send us 1 to 3 low-resolution digital photos including one photo of the box that the item shipped in, to [email protected]

Make sure to keep all of the original packaging material.

Product Warranty

All SOO SANTAI® products benefit from quality control during manufacture and at the time of packaging of your order. They are warranted against defects. In the event of manufacturing defect, the product will be replaced by an equivalent item or a credit note will be issued.

Care and maintenance

In order to give you SOO SANTAI® a long life and benefits from all the pleasures it provides we recommend the following care and maintenance:

Heat: Keep away your SOO SANTAI® from any exposure to high temperature heat including: fire places, flames, candles, BBQ, lighter, any type of heaters, ...

Cuts: Be careful with all sharp objects and tools. Be careful with sharp tables and doors corners.


Excess sun exposure: Be careful with extended exposure to sun. SOO SANTAI® are treated to resist powerful UV rays grade 3.5. Color may fade with long exposure to bright sun. SOO SANTAI® can be used outside but it is recommended not to leave it outside and to move away from highly exposed windows.


Excess of water: except for BIG MAMA FLOATING model, SOO SANTAI® are water repellent, but not waterproof. They should not be thrown in a pool and should not be exposed during heavy rain. Covers cannot be machine washed. SOO SANTAI® are also water resistant, however it is recommended to protect them from heavy rain.


Your SOO SANTAI® has received a special treatment to protect is against dust and to be water repellent, however it's tolerance should not be exceeded. To clean your Soo Santai, use a sponge with clear water, you may use a soft soap with a soft brush. Abrasive or metallic brush should not be used.

No return or refund will be accepted for inappropriate use or bad maintenance.
